Lloydminster, AB/SK In honour of Firefighters’ National Memorial Day, the Canadian flag at City Hall will be at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 10, 2017.

On August 25, 2017, The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, announced the establishment of the Firefighters’ National Memorial Day. The day will serve as a tribute to firefighters lost in the line of duty.
