Please ensure that you complete and return the required health questionnaire prior to beginning any fitness course.

PAR-Q - to be completed by participants who are not pregnant. 
PARMED-XPREG to be completed by pregnant participants. 
PARMED-X to be completed by participants & their doctor if health questionnaire was positive.

Baby Bootcamp
This exciting class is designed for moms with infants aged 6 weeks to 1 year. Baby Bootcamp is a class aimed at improving your fitness while keeping your baby close by your side. The class will be part stroller fitness and part strength training and abdominal work. This class is a great way to meet other moms and safely shed that baby weight. Please have health care provider's permission before starting. Stroller and indoor shoes required.

Fitness Classes

Beginner Circuit
This is a less intense version of our main interval class Intermediate Circuit. It is suitable for all levels and ages. We concentrate on strength, cardio and core training by performing lower and higher intensity intervals. 

Burn it - Shape it
This is a freestyle class where we challenge your cardiovascular and muscular systems. Working with a variety of equipment like suspension trainers, bosu balls, steps, free weights & much more. We will be doing class styles like, Tabata, HIIT, Intervals, Circuit and more. We focus on form and technique of each exercise. This class is good for all fitness levels. 

Baby Bootcamp

Core Strong
From top to bottom you will experience a variety of body toning exercises for places you didn’t know you had muscles. We will improve core strength, posture and ward of low back pain! We will change it up each class using body weight & equipment.  This class is great for all levels of fitness and rated MT for MUST TRY.

Early Risers Bootcamp

Rise and Shine! This is a high intensity class designed to kick your butt. Classes will always be different using kettlebells, high intensity interval training and military style conditioning. A great option for taking your fitness routine to a new level.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being.  Hatha uses body postures and breathing techniques with a goal of bringing about a healthy body, and a clear, peaceful mind. These postures promote: spine strength, stretch & alignment to increase balance & flexibility, improve circulation in all organs, glands, and tissues. Each practice ends with a deep relaxation, allowing you to feel refreshed & relaxed!

Intermediate Circuit
This is the main interval class which can be tailored for all levels of participant. All components of fitness are incorporated in quick and fun intervals. Intermediate Circuit is a more intense version of Beginner Circuit .

Lean N Mean Bootcamp
Get Lean n Mean in a bootcamp that will make you sweat. This is a high intensity class, so bring your water and get ready to push your limits. You will use kettle bells, wall balls, dumbbells and more! It’s interval training, and military style conditioning at its finest.

Morning Vinyasa
A flowing, dynamic practice focusing on linking movement with conscious breath. Students will be energized while working both on strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

PiYo Live
PiYo takes from the principles of yoga and Pilates and combines with sports conditioning, strength, flexibility training and dynamic balance, Lose body fat, sculpt and tone muscles, and minimize aches and pains. Great for all ages. PiYo is all about energy, power and rhythm.

POUND
This is a full-body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming.  Burn up to 600 calories in this workout that infuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and yoga-based poses.

Powerhouse Ignite
Your core is the basis of all movement. In this class we focus on form, mobility, strength, power and flexibility. We will use various pieces of equipment and your own body weight. You will experience a total body workout that will keep you in tune with your powerhouse. Great for all levels of exercisers. Limited space! Come ignite your powerhouse!

Power Step
Power step by Group Rx features functional athletic training and incorporates a platform for cardio, power, strength, balance, and agility training.

REFIT
REFIT® combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners. 

Resistance Friday 
This class is appropriate for all levels. Our main focus is resistance training using several different pieces of equipment like Bosu and Swiss ball. 

RIP
Rip by Group Rx is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training, every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.

Step & Sculpt
In this class you will get both cardio and strength. In the first half of this class you get the cardio portion. We use basic movements and simple patterns that take you on, off, & over the bench (step) to get the heart pumping. The second half of this class is the strength portion where we will use different types of equipment to work the muscles of the body. This class is great for all levels of fitness. If you've never tired Step before, this is a great place start! 

Superset Strength
Maximize your workout in a short amount of time! Challenge your muscles with dumbbells while keeping that heart rate up. It's an awesome and efficient workout for all levels!

WAR
War by Group Rx is an exhilarating total body workout where a fusion of martial arts meets chart-topping music. Learn how to punch effectively, kick safely, and perform hooks and uppercuts like the pros.

Young at Heart
Are you getting a little older but you still feel young at heart? This class is for you. Keep your body, heart, and mind healthy in a fun group environment geared for mature adults. Lindsay will bring you a great mix of strength, stability, and cardio to improve your fitness, no matter where your starting point is!

Zumba
Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness like a Zumba Fitness-Party!
