Info Advanced
A subdivision is required when a piece of land is divided into two or more titles. In order to allow for the subdivision to occur there are several administrative and legal changes that must take place, therefore, a process is in place to ensure that these changes are accurately implemented. City Council is the subdivision approval authority, therefore decisions regarding subdivision approval are made at regular scheduled Council meetings.
