Infrastructure Services is a division at the City of Lloydminster that plans, engineers and delivers quality residential, commercial and industrial land sales in both the Alberta and Saskatchewan portions of Lloydminster. Land sale inquires and purchases can be made at City Hall by appointment with the General Manager, Planning and Development.
