Virtual Fitness Classes
Many of our classes are offered in person and on Zoom. On our Fitness Class Schedule, the classes marked with an asterisk* are offered virtually. If you wish to join us virtually, please sign this virtual waiver and deliver it in person to the Servus Sports Centre or email it to snustad@lloydminster.ca. In the email, please include what classes you wish to attend. If you do not have a valid fitness class pass on your account then include a phone number that we can reach you at to get payment information. Purchase a multi-facility membership today!

Fitness classes descriptions
Recommended age requirements for group fitness classes:
- 12 and older for any classes with no weighted equipment
- 16 and older for any classes with weighted equipment
All Levels Circuit | ||||
Who doesn’t love a good circuit!? In this class, we use a variety of equipment and body weight movements to focus on strength, cardio and core training. We will change it up with some higher and lower intensity intervals to give your heart the best fitness benefits! Suitable for all levels and ages. | ||||
Baby Boot Camp | ||||
This exciting class is designed for moms with infants aged 6 weeks to 1 year. Baby Bootcamp is a class aimed at improving your fitness while keeping your baby close by your side. The class will be part stroller fitness and part strength training and abdominal work. This class is a great way to meet other moms and safely shed that baby weight. Please have health care provider's permission before starting. Stroller and indoor shoes required. | ||||
Circuit Breaker | ||||
Get ready to shock your body with a fusion of strength and cardio exercises, targeting all major muscle groups. Varied degrees of intensity make this circuit training class great for all fitness levels. Reboot your body with Circuit Breaker. | ||||
Heart & Hustle | ||||
An all levels class that will make you sweat. This is a high intensity class, so bring your water and get ready to push your limits. You will use kettle bells, wall balls, dumbbells and more! It’s interval training, and military style conditioning at its finest. | ||||
Pure Strength | ||||
Maximize your workout in a short amount of time! Challenge you muscles with dumbbells and other forms of resistance while keeping your heart rate up. It's a fun and efficient workout for all levels! | ||||
REFIT | ||||
Powerful movements combined with positive music for a cardio based workout that is challenging, effective and fun for everybody! | ||||
REV+FLOW | ||||

A high intensity workout for any fitness level using a stationary bike building strength and endurance by using various resistance levels and speeds. The motivating music will power you through those intervals and hill climbing. | ||||
Spin Your Body | ||||
A workout with 25 minutes high intense cycling and 25 minutes strength portion off the bikes. Perfect combo class for any fitness level. | ||||
Spin 30 | ||||
