AB/SK Marriage Licensing |
Alberta Marriage Licensing Information An Alberta marriage licence must be obtained before a marriage can be performed in Alberta. A marriage licence shows a marriage officiant that all the laws in Alberta have been met and the couple may get married. Saskatchewan Marriage Licensing Information A Saskatchewan marriage licence is only valid for a period of three months, or 90 days. The marriage licence becomes effective the day after it is purchased; therefore, the marriage licence can be purchased anywhere from one day to 90 days prior to the wedding ceremony. |

The Lloydminster Border Paws Animal Shelter (formerly the Lloydminster SPCA) encourages pet guardians to spay or neuter their pets. Please keep in mind first time applicants will be required to provide a Veterinarian Certificate to confirm the pet has been spayed or neutered.
