Fall Fitness Refresh

Maybe you're in a fitness slump, or tired of trying to muster up the motivation to start your fitness journey, or maybe you're looking to do something different with your friends on the weekend -- either way, it's time for a refresh! 

No matter your fitness level, join us! Sure, we will get our sweat on, but we will also learn about nutrition, general wellness and might even enjoy some wine & cheese.


Friday, September 22  
7pm- 7:15pm  Welcome- Meet and Greet                                                         
7:15pm- 8:15pm POUND Fitness  Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! 
8:15 pm- 9pm Wine and Cheese Enjoy a variety of wines and snacks. You deserve to be treated every now and then! 

Saturday, September 23
8:30am- 9am Breakfast  
9am- 9:50am Group Bootcamp         Let's kick off our day with a high energy, exhilarating group workout! Lindsay will make sure that your energy levels are up for the rest of the day with this fast, fun, engaging workout! 
10am- 10:50am Fueling your Body, the right way- a seminar with a registered dietitian   Do you have questions about how much to eat of what? Heather will answer your questions and give you tips and tricks to maximize your health through nutrition. 
11am- 12pm Yoga It's time to stretch and reconnect with our bodies. Lindsey's flowing, dynamic practice will focus on linking movement with conscious breathing. Students will be engaged while working on both strength and flexibility. Great for all levels. 
12pm- 12:45pm Lunch  Brought to you by Pure and Simple Market.
12:45pm- 1:45pm  Learn to lift and Work it Curcuit  This one is up to you! Join Joelle and learn the technical breakdowns for movements in the gym or go with Jackie for a high intensity work it circuit on the track! 
2pm- 3pm Mindful Emotions with Stephanie
Do you ever wonder what power your emotions have over you in your day to day life? Let Stephanie take you on a guided tour of your emotional side.
3:30pm- 4:30pm Water Aerobics   Have you ever tried water aerobics? Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. This popular workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, great for your heart and muscles! 
4:30pm Hot Tub  Because, we might need it, right? 
 
*Registration fee includes wine and cheese, breakfast and lunch.
