City of Lloydminster Planning Services regulates all development within the city with the intention of enhancing the connection between people and their environment, shaping the way we experience our communities by giving each area an intended purpose.
The Planning Services Team is made up of Development Officers, Planners, and a Development Coordinator. They write planning bylaws and policies, process development applications, and create plans that guide the development of land in Lloydminster.
