The City of Lloydminster invites proposals for the replacement of financial software.

The desired general requirements are:

  • Microsoft Windows operating platform

  • Reporting in html and pdf formats

  • Transferability of information to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access)

  • Import/export to csv, xml

  • Ability to link to scanned documents/folders

  • Integration with electronic billing, banking and payments systems

  • Cash receipts integration with Microsoft RMS (Retail Management System) point of sale software.

Please submit a proposal using one of the attached forms (Right Click on the link and Save As to copy).

(All modules should be priced independently to allow for project implementation timing and budget constraints.)  If a core of initial applications must be purchased as a unit, please specify.  Pricing is to be based on a 10 user licence.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
