The desired general requirements are: Microsoft Windows operating platform Reporting in html and pdf formats Transferability of information to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access) Import/export to csv, xml Ability to link to scanned documents/folders Integration with electronic billing, banking and payments systems Cash receipts integration with Microsoft RMS (Retail Management System) point of sale software.
