- Financial institutions use different payee names for the City of Lloydminster. View the payee list here.
- When paying through online banking, please do not include the decimal when entering your account number.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for payments to be processed.

Pre-Authorized Payment

- Sign up for a Pre-Authorized Payment plan, and your utility bill payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month. You will continue to receive your bill for your records. All withdrawals are processed on the last business day of the month.
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments by submitting a completed agreement form online or by mailing the completed form along with a void cheque to Lloydminster City Hall (Attention: Utility Billing & Payments, 4420-50 Avenue, Lloydminster, AB, T9V 0W2).

In-Person

- Payments can be made at City Hall, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., using cash/cheque, debit, or credit.
- For afterhours payments, a mail slot is available for cheque drop off at the west entrance of City Hall on Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
