2023 Council, GPC meeting schedule

Lloydminster, AB/SK – City Council approved the 2023 Council and Governance and Priorities Committee meeting schedule as presented during the Council meeting on Monday, November 21, 2022.

Also, the newly revised twelfth edition of Robert’s Rules of Order will be used by Council and Council Committees if the Lloydminster Charter or the Procedure Bylaw is silent on a matter.

City Council and Governance & Priorities Committee meetings are typically held on Mondays, begin at 1:30 p.m. and are open to the public. Meetings take place in Council Chambers at City Hall (4420 50 Avenue).

Once published, the 2023 schedule will be available online at Lloydminster.ca/agenda, or download a PDF version of the schedule. Please note, if there are any discrepancies between the online calendar and the PDF schedule, the online calendar is deemed correct.

Background

The Procedure Bylaw requires the schedule for the upcoming calendar year is established before December 31 of each year.
