Lloydminster, Alta. – On August 7, 2024, Lloydminster RCMP General Investigation Section executed a search warrant at a residence located in East Lloydminster. During the search, officers discovered items consistent with drug trafficking.
As a result of the investigation, RCMP have seized the following:
- 265.3 grams of suspected fentanyl
- 55.5 grams of suspected cocaine
- 21.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine
- $2615 in cash
Lloydminster RCMP are continuing to investigate this incident and as charges have not yet been laid, no suspects can be named at this time.
Those who produce and traffic illicit drugs destroy lives, homes and communities. Lloydminster RCMP remains fully committed to enforcing laws against illicit drugs to their fullest extent.
