1. Council directed Administration to gather more information about the AFRRCS Radio Integration Project and that the information be presented at the next Council meeting.
Community Development Services
1. Council approved the recommended grant allocations and authorized the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Advisory Committee to reallocate any unused or returned grant funds.
- $10,000 to the Lloydminster Interval Home Society for the LCYC Recreation and Support Program.
- $8,900 to the Lloydminster Roman Catholic Separate School Division #89 for Youth Sports Explorers & Free Adult/Family Gym Nights.
- $4,000 to the Lloydminster Air Cadets 186 Squadron Inc for 186 Air Cadets.
- $3,000 to the Lloydminster Housing Authority for Hallsholme Senior Fitness Classes.
- $4,214 to the Lloydminster and District Centennial Commemorative Association for Saving and Sharing the Midwest's Televised History.
- $2,500 to the Libbie Young Centre Inc for the Summer Recreation Program.
- $7,000 to the Lloydminster Association for Community Living for a Recreation Liaison.
- $5,000 to the Lloydminster Area Drug Strategy for Lloydminster Youth Council.
- $1,500 to the Lloydminster and Area Brain Injury Society for Brain Fit.

Public Hearings and Bylaws
1. A public hearing was held regarding Bylaw 02-2020, being a bylaw to amend approximately 2.722 hectares (6.73 acres) of part of S.E.¼Sec.11-Twp.50-Rge.01-W4M within S.E.¼ Sec.11-Twp.50-Rge.01-W4M on Map 2 – Future Land Use Concept in Bylaw 01-2013 to Industrial. No member of the public was in attendance to speak in favour or oppose the amendment. Council later granted the second, third and final reading to Bylaw 02-2020.
2. A public hearing was held regarding Bylaw 03-2020, being a bylaw to amend approximately 2.722 hectares (6.73 acres) of part of S.E.¼Sec.11-Twp.50-Rge.01-W4M within S.E.¼ Sec.11-Twp.50-Rge.01-W4M on Land Use Map, being Part IV to Bylaw 5-2016 to I2 – Medium Industrial District. No member of the public was in attendance to speak in favour or oppose the amendment. Council later granted the second, third and final reading to Bylaw 03-2020.
3. Council granted second, third and final reading to Bylaw 04-2020, the Supplementary Assessment of Improvements Bylaw.
To impose a tax on properties that have been substantially completed or further constructed during the current year, which were not fully captured in the current property assessment. This Supplementary Assessment will be used to adjust the current tax levy.
4. Council requested additional information about the proposed Greater North Central Francophone Education Region No. 2 Property Tax Exemption Bylaw and that the information be brought forward to a future Council meeting.
