Lloydminster, AB/SK – After being closed for three months to the public due to COVID-19 precautions, Lloydminster City Hall will reopen Monday, June 29, 2020, with limited customer services, including tax services, council and governance meetings and social programs and services.
The reopening is primarily for those unable to pay property taxes online. When possible, patrons and community groups are encouraged to utilize the online features available at lloydminster.ca.
Hours for public services:
- Monday, June 29 and Tuesday, June 30, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- Closed Wednesday, July 1
- Thursday, July 2 onward, normal operating hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Those who must come into City Hall are asked to continue to follow the directives outlined in the Re-open Saskatchewan plan and maintain a physical distance of at least two metres from others.

Public-facing services also resume at the RCMP Detachment on Monday. Secured access will remain in place until further notice.
To further support social distancing and the efforts to flatten the curve of COVID-19, the City of Lloydminster suspended public access to City Hall, the Operations Centre and the Lloydminster RCMP Detachment on Monday, March 23, 2020. The Operations Centre is scheduled to reopen July 6, 2020.
