Lloydminster, AB/SK – Loss and grief—something everyone will face throughout their lifetime. What many did not expect was to experience these two emotions at the same time they were met with losing family, human connections and place of employment.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, many have endured the loss of a loved one or a personal relationship. Some have lost a loved one while facing the reality of unemployment or losing their business. Others have lost pets through no fault of the virus. These losses affect each person differently, and there is no reason one must do it alone.
Getting through the COVID-19 pandemic in a healthy state of mind is vital. Knowing how to get there may be the challenge. Join Bill Harder live from 12-1 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 2020, to learn more about the hardships many faces, coping techniques and mechanisms, and how you are not alone in the grieving process. Attendees are encouraged to sign onto the event early, to ensure timely presentation delivery.
