Administration Presentations

1. Wendy Plandowski presented Startup Lloydminster’s 2022-2025 strategic plan. The Committee accepted the presentation as information.

2. The Committee accepted the Lloydminster Place Event District Site Update as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for decision.

3. Administration provided an update about the Bioclean Aquatic Centre’s exterior rehabilitation project, and the related projected increase in costs. The Committee accepted the update as information.

4. Administration provided the Committee with a project update for the PSM Lawyers Park Centre rehabilitation project. The Committee accepted the update as information.

Governance and Priorities Matters

1. The Committee accepted the 2022 Quarter 1 Procurement Report as information.

2. The Committee accepted the 2022 Quarter 1 Governance Documents update as information.

3. The Committee accepted the Proposed 2022 Sanitary Landfill Fees and Surcharges as information.

4. The Committee requested more information about the Business Expense Policy and Travel Expense Policy and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for decision. 

The next Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. via livestream and in person.
