2. The Committee accepted the Quarterly Financial Report for the Period Ending June 30, 2024 as information.
Governance and Priorities Matters
1. The project team has prepared a draft of the proposed Land Use Bylaw.
The Draft Land Use Bylaw is primarily composed of seven (7) major components:
- Administration
- Land Use Districts and Overlays
- General Land Use Provisions
- Landscaping Provisions
- Parking and Loading Provisions
- Sign Provisions
- Definitions
The Committee accepted the Draft Land Use Bylaw Update as information to be brought forward to a future Regular Council meeting for decision.
The next Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. via livestream and in person.
