Administration Presentation

1. The Committee accepted the Desktop Computing 2023-2027 report as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

2. The Committee accepted the 2022 business survey findings as information.

3. The Committee accepted the Water Treatment Plant – Powder Activated Carbon (PAC) System report as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

Governance and Priorities Matters

1. The Committee accepted the Draft Lot Grading and Drainage Bylaw as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

2. The Committee accepted the Protection of City Property – Land Use Bylaw Amendment and Development Security Policy as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

4. The Committee accepted the Excavation Bylaw and Excavation Permit Policy as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

5. The Committee accepted the Recreation and Cultural Services Fees Policy No. 740-02 as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

6. The Committee requested more information about the Communications and Public Participation Policy and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

7. Administration provided the Committee with an update on items required as per recent amendments to The Lloydminster Charter. The Committee accepted this information.

The next Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 6, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. via livestream and in person.
