Governance Presentations

1. The Committee accepted the Manufactured Homes Assessment Bylaw Amendment as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

2. The Committee requested more information about the Land Use Bylaw 5-2016 Text Amendment to include Child Care Facility in the C5 Service Commercial District and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

3. The Committee accepted the Land Use Bylaw 5-2016 Text Amendment to add Garden Suite in the DC1 – Direct Control #1 District as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

4. The Committee requested more information about the draft Violence Harassment Prevention Policy No. 135-03 and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

5. The Committee requested more information about the draft Privacy Policy No. 135-01 and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.
