1. Public Art Committee chairpeople Otis Rusling and Gwen Mottram provided an update on the Public Art Committee.

Administration Presentations

1. The Committee accepted Bylaw No.14-2023, Municipal Development Plan Bylaw (Connection to our Future) update as information

2. The Committee accepted the 2023Q1 Engineering Capital Infrastructure Project Updates as information.

3. The Committee accepted the 2023Q1 Procurement Report as information.

4. The Committee accepted the 2023Q1 Governance Documents Update as information.

5. The Committee accepted the Play Structure, Shelter, and Splash Pad Design and Installation in the Aurora Residential Subdivision proposal as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

6. The Committee accepted the Old Minster (Log) Church Project update as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

7. The Committee accepted the Lloydminster Place Procurement Strategy as information.

8. The Committee accepted the Mechanical Wastewater Treatment Facility Project Update as information. 

Governance Presentations

1. The Committee accepted the draft Offsite Levy Policy as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

2. The Committee accepted the draft Customer Conduct Policy as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.
