In conjunction with ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd., the City of Lloydminster is preparing proposed amendments to the Wigfield Area Structure Plan (ASP).
The plan will provide a framework for development on the undeveloped lands within the ASP, which complements and supports the new event facility and allows compatible development to occur logically based on planning principles.
As part of the planning for the ASP amendment, the City is hosting a virtual open house to share information and an online survey to gather feedback from adjacent landowners and the public.
