The City of Lloydminster owns and operates four indoor arena facilities and a number of seasonal outdoor rinks. All of our arenas only have one ice surface, except the Servus Sports Centre, which has two.

Servus Sports Centre |

The Servus Sports Centre is home to two full sized ice rinks, the Rusway Construction Arena and Robert B. Holmes Arena, and one Leisure Ice surface. Outdoor Ice Surfaces

Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to visit one of the many city-operated outdoor skating surfaces this winter. The City developed nine ice surfaces in 2022/23, including:
The lights at the Speedskating Oval are on until 10 p.m. each night. Lights at Ken Baker Park, Jack Kemp Community School, Robertson Park and E.S. Laird Middle School are on until 10 p.m. daily. City-maintained outdoor ice surfaces are free to use. Snow clearing will be completed regularly as the City works to maintain the quality of each ice surface. Outdoor ice surfaces are open daily for the duration of the winter season. Helmets are strongly recommended for skaters of all ages. |

Public skating users participate at their own risk. Parental supervision is required for all children under the age of 14 years. During public skating, you cannot use hockey sticks, balls and pucks. Servus Credit Union, in partnership with the City of Lloydminster, hosts free, ongoing drop-in public skating! Prime Time: Monday to Friday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays (all day) Daytime: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early Morning: Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Winter Rates: September 1 to May 31 All ice-surface rates are subject to GST.
