The City of Lloydminster has a number of affordable, themed children birthday party packages available to book. From sports to crafts, we've got unique packages to ensure your child's birthday is unforgettable.
| Bioclean Aquatic Centre |
| The Bioclean Aquatic Centre offers party packages based on the number of people attending each party. Better yet, rent out the facility exclusively and have the entire place for you and your guests to enjoy!
Rentals include one hour in the party room and two hour time slots for swimming, either before or after the room.
To book your child's next birthday party at the pool, please contact aquatics@lloydminster.ca with your requested date, time and preferred birthday package.

| Servus Sports Centre |
|
Join us at the Servus Sports Centre with high-energy birthday parties! Run around in the field house with scooters and a bouncy castle or rent one of the ice surfaces for some skating or a game of hockey! Then head up to the Oilfield Technical Society room or the small meeting room for cake and presents.

| What is the earliest I can arrive? |
|
Attendees are permitted to enter the OTS Room no earlier than 15 minutes prior to booking start time and must leave no later than 15 minutes after the event completion.
Late or earlier times prior can be discussed upon booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
|
|
All cancellations for confirmed/paid bookings must be made at least five (5) business days to receive a full refund.
|
|
Do you have a kitchen?
|
|
We have a small kitchenette, including a fridge, ice maker, a microwave and a sink.
|
|
What is the capacity of the OTS Room?
|
|
The max. number of people permitted is 120 as per fire code.

Are there any items not allowed at the party?
|
|
Piñatas or sparklers and any glitters, confetti and paints are not permitted in any areas.
No food or drinks, other than water in the field house.
|
|
What are the bouncy house rules?
|
- Adult supervision is always required.
- Bounce houses are designated for children ages 2-7, absolutely NO ADULTS
- max. number of children in the bouncy house at the same time. Refer to the information on the size of the bouncy house you requested.
- No shoes and no bare feet in the bouncy house, clean socks only.
- Keep all sharp objects and toys away from the bouncy house.

| Mystery at the Museum |

Stop the thief! Become a Secret Agent and help us learn who stole an artifact in the museum after dark. There are
two versions of this party where guests can follow clues through the galleries in the dark and complete various secret agent training exercises; or learn about fingerprint identification and solve who stole the artifact based on their fingerprints.

Booking a Birthday Party
Contact the Lloydminster Museum & Archives at lma@lloydminster.ca or 780 874 3720.
Let the staff know the age group of the birthday party attendees, what theme you’d be interested in, and how many children will be attending.
Please have your credit card ready at the time of booking.
Rates: $180 (includes GST) for up to 15 children for 2 hrs.
Payment is due at time of booking.
Extra time: $30/hour
Please note that evening bookings must be made by the 15th of the month prior.

The maximum number of children that can attend is 15, including the birthday child. Total capacity is 25 people including siblings and family members.

Some themed decor and balloons are acceptable and can be brought in 15 minutes prior. Unfortunately, Piñatas, sparklers and/or confetti are not permitted.

Pending availability of staff and space, you can book a Birthday Party
Saturday, either from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday- Friday from 3:30- 5:30 p.m.
Mystery at the Museum parties are only available Fridays from 6pm to 8pm and must be made by the 15th of the month prior.
