Blue bag placement?
Placement of bags and carts are important! |
- Do not park in front of the blue bags and carts until they have been collected
- Have your blue/clear bag out by 7 a.m. on your collection day
- Place your recyclables at the curb
- Keep your blue bag one meter (an arm's length) from your carts

Once collected, bagged recyclables are processed at a materials recovery facility and sorted according to type: metal, plastics and fibres (cardboard). The items are then recycled.
