What is FCSS?

Lloydminster Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) works to support a strong, connected community. Find out more about the services we offer here.

Neighbourhood Programs

FCSS supplies resources and tools for block parties and neighbourhood rinks which are great ways to get to know your neighbours and connect with your community. FCSS Lloydminster also provides take home activity kits that feature games and equipment suited for all ages.

Recreation Access Program

The Recreation Access Program is an income-based access program designed to remove some of the financial barriers associated with using City of Lloydminster Recreation and Cultural facilities.

Lloyd Supports: A Community Services Directory is a directory of community resources that residents can contact for assistance with a variety of needs ranging from food, shelter, income to mental health and social support.

Seniors Taxi Program 65+

The Seniors Taxi Program allows seniors 65+ to buy tickets that provide one-way transit to a location within City limits at a cost of $5 per trip. More info here!
