To book an inspection, please fill out the inspection request form. Please complete one form per address. The cost per hydrant inspection is a fixed fee of $100 plus applicable taxes as per Bylaw 26-2016. |

Temporary Water Supply form is for the use of large construction projects, such as street maintenance, flushing of new water mains, or filling water tanks. |

The Water Line Disinfection Application form is for contractors. Contractors must meet with Water Services group to Discuss disinfection method, sampling and testing. Disinfection procedure will not be approved without the pre-application documentation. This form must be submitted 3 weeks in advance |
