Notice Required |
- You will need to apply for an account at least three business days before the possession date.

Moving within the City of Lloydminster with a current utility account |
- If you have a current utility account, complete a Transfer Request to transfer your account to a new address.
- You will need to inform the City of your transfer request at least three business days before the move-out/in date.

Moving into a rental property as a tenant |
- Tenants may open an account that is created jointly in their name and the property owners. Note, the City requires confirmation from the property owner before the account is created.
- Tenants without a utility account can apply here.
- Tenants with a current account can request a transfer to a new address here.

Deposits and Fees
|
- Tenants are required to pay a $250 deposit before an account is created.
- All applicants must pay a $60 connection fee, which is added to the first bill.
