Lloydminster, AB/SK – Effective January 1, 2021, the City of Lloydminster will accept building and plumbing permits for Superior Safety Codes Inc.
Building and Plumbing permit review and inspection services will remain the responsibility of Superior Safety Codes Inc. Permit applications, and inspection requests are available online at lloydminster.ca/permits.
The requirements for obtaining permits have not changed; only the receiving office. Permit applications must be submitted to the City of Lloydminster at the Operations Centre (6623 52 Street).
Superior Safety Codes Inc. continues to field questions regarding building code interpretation, building permit requirements and review. Superior is available in person at Unit #102, 1724 50 Avenue, Lloydminster or by phone at 780-870-9020.
