COVID-19: 2020 Pitch-in Week, Household Hazardous Roundup Postponed

Lloydminster, AB/SK – The 2020 Pitch-In Week and Household Hazardous Roundup events are postponed to respect social distancing and mitigate the risk of community transmission amidst the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

While the health authorities have restricted large gatherings to no more than 10 people, we encourage residents to practise the recommended safety measures and pitch in around the home by raking leaves, cleaning gutters, sweeping sidewalks, clearing debris surrounding storm drains and much more. Pitch-In Week and Household Hazardous Roundup were originally scheduled from April 27 to May 2, 2020. The event is postponed until a date can be established.
