Back to SearchLloydminster, AB/SK – The City of Lloydminster’s Economic Recovery Task Force is pleased to announce the launch of the COVID-19 business operations survey.
In April 2020, the City of Lloydminster launched the Economic Recovery Task Force in response to the current economic state. Comprising the task force is:
- Lloydminster Family and Community Support Services (FCSS);
- Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce;
- Lloydminster Construction Association;
- StartUp Lloydminster;
- Community Futures Lloydminster;
- Region and Alberta Innovates;
- Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) Lloydminster;
- Alberta Hub;
- Lakeland College;
- Travel Lakeland; and
- Discover Lloydminster.
The task force works to support the business community in dealing with the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis. It aims to create strategies and initiatives to assist the business community during and after the pandemic.
By understanding how the pandemic has affected the business community, the task force can align the services and initiatives with the community’s needs.
