Lloydminster, AB/SK - Effective Friday, October 1, 2021, members who use the Fitness Centre or the Agland Fitness Track at the Servus Sports Centre are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated (14 days after your second dose) or a negative COVID-19 test result administered within 72 hours.
Members in the process of receiving their vaccinations or choose not to receive a vaccine, the following options are available:
- Memberships can be put on hold for until Saturday, November 20, 2021; or
- The remaining balance of the membership will be transferred to a credit on their account and can be used within the Recreation & Culture department. This applies to swimming and aquatic programs at the Bioclean Aquatic Centre and any programs or class found on Lloydminster.ca/register offered at any City of Lloydminster facilities. Members can log into their account and see their balance at any time.
The City of Lloydminster is unable to provide full or partial refunds for members impacted by the Government of Saskatchewan’s public health order.
