1. Allie Tobin, Lloydminster Youth Council, presented findings of its Soaring Safe Travels project.

Administration Presentations

1. The Committee accepted the Regional Emergency Management Collective as information.

2. The Committee accepted the Public Art Committee Proposal - Into the Mystic as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

3. The Committee accepted the Lloydminster New Mechanical Wastewater Treatment Facility Project Final Report – December 2023 as information.

4. The Committee accepted the Vic Juba Community Theatre Tri-Party Operating Agreement Amendment as information.

5. The Committee accepted the Bud Miller All Seasons Park Master Plan as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

Governance and Priorities Committee Matters

1. The Committee accepted the Draft Cemetery Management Bylaw Amendment as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

2. The Committee accepted the Draft Asset Disposal Policy as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

3. The Committee accepted the Council Code of Ethics Bylaw as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future Council meeting for a decision.

The next Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 11, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. via livestream and in person.
