Administration Presentations
- Administration presented the Housing Needs Assessment and Strategy draft report, outlining the actions of an internal project team consisting of staff from Social Programs and Services, Economic Development and Planning departments. The project operated from July 31, 2023, through January 31, 2024. The Committee accepted the report as information.
- Administration presented the What We Heard Report for the Lloydminster Golf & Curling Centre’s food and beverage survey. The Committee accepted the report as information. The full report is available online at YourVoiceLloyd.ca/LGCC.
- Administration presented the 2022 and 2023 Outstanding Stormwater Utility Fees report, summarizing the outstanding stormwater utility fees as of March 18, 2024. Administration will be requesting the outstanding fees be transferred to the respective property tax roll in 2024. The Committee accepted the report as information and directed Administration to bring the item forward to a future council meeting for a decision.
The next Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. via livestream and in person.
