Lloydminster, AB/SK – Favourable weather the past few weeks has helped increase production and maximize site presence.
Major activity over the next week will include the placement of the concrete blocks at the intersection of Highway 16 (44 Street), including the approach on 62 Avenue. As this section is completed, crews will continue westward along Highway 16 to conduct patch repairs and concrete curb and gutter installation in preparation for final roadway milling and paving.
Open for traffic - 62 Avenue north of Highway 16:
- Westbound traffic can turn north onto 62 Avenue
- 62 Avenue southbound traffic can turn west onto Highway 16
Please note, 62 Avenue southbound traffic is not permitted to turn east onto Highway 16. Motorists must use the 59 Avenue detour routes.
