Back to SearchLloydminster AB/SK – The City of Lloydminster and Musgrave Agencies Ltd. will hold a drop-in open house on May 15, 2019 to discuss the Lakeside Area Structure Plan.
Musgrave Agencies Ltd. has submitted an Area Structure Plan (ASP) application for the Lakeside neighbourhood, located in the southwest corner of Lloydminster’s municipal boundary, northeast of the 75 Avenue and 12 Street intersection.
The submitted document proposes a general land-use concept and vision, which aligns with the City’s Municipal Development Plan. Once approved by Lloydminster City Council, all development within the Lakeside neighbourhood will be required to conform with the approved ASP.
Residents, businesses and stakeholders are invited to attend the open house to learn about the neighbourhood and provide feedback on the proposed uses. City Administration, Musgrave Agencies Ltd., land use consultants and engineers will be present to answer inquiries.
