Intent: The purpose of Bylaw No. 19-2023 is to rezone the land legally describes as Lot 12, Block 5, Plan 102062810 and all of N.W. Pt. Sec.36-Twp.49-Rge.28-W3M from Urban Transition (UT) to Urban Park (UP) District in order to facilitate further development opportunities on a large site.
Bylaw 19-2023 can only be considered by Council for approval if Bylaw 18-2023 (Wigfield Area Structure Plan) is approved.
