COVID-19 Rules & Regulations
Guidelines for Fitness Centre |
- Masks are mandatory, even during physical activity.
- 1-1.5 hour time slots are available.
- Staff disinfect touchpoints after each time slot. A full disinfecting is done 2-3 times/day.
- Bookings open seven days in advance.
- Reservations may be cancelled online with at least 2 hours' notice. Within the 2 hours, you will have to call to cancel your spot. No shows and late cancellations may lose booking privileges.
- If you feel unwell, please stay home. Our staff can assist with cancelling your bookings via phone or email. Staff can also assist in suspending your membership while you self-isolate.
- Stay 2 metres (6 feet) apart from other patrons and staff.
- Please wash your hands before starting your workout and use sanitizer frequently throughout your workout. Sanitizing stations are available for public use.
- Please wipe down each piece of equipment before and after using.
- The change rooms, lockers and showers are available for use; however, it is recommended that you come dressed for your workout. Chairs are available for footwear changes.
- Use immediate family only for spotting or sharing equipment.
- Bring a water bottle as there are no fountains available.
- Memberships will resume with your first visit. If you feel uncomfortable using the facility, stay home until you are ready to come back.

Guidelines for Agland Fitness Track |
- Masks are mandatory, even during physical activity.
- The Agland Fitness Track is available by drop-in. We are doing contact tracing for this area, so you must check-in at the desk before use.
- Middle lane is closed to allow for safely distanced passing. Use the inside lane as much as possible. The outside lane should be used for passing only. Walking in pairs or groups is not exempt from the lane assignments. You will have to walk single file to allow others to pass safely.
- Staff disinfect touchpoints every 2 hours. Wipes are available to use.
- Stay 2 metres (6 feet) apart from other patrons and staff.
- The change rooms, lockers and showers are available for use; however, it is recommended that you come dressed for your workout. Chairs are available for footwear changes.
- Bring a water bottle as there are no fountains available.

Guidelines for Fitness Classes |
- Class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required.
- Use the Schedulicity app, visit lloydminster.ca/fitness or call 780-875-4529 to book your class.
- Class times have changed to allow for proper disinfection between classes.
- Marker labels are on the studio floor to follow physical distancing guidelines.
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes early and wait for class to begin on your chosen marker.
- Change rooms are available, although it’s recommended to arrive class-ready.
- Bring a water bottle, as water fountains are not available.
- Our instructors are excited to see you. Please respect their space so they can stay healthy and continue to teach.
