Virtual Fitness Classes

Many of our classes are offered in person and on Zoom. On our Fitness Class Schedule, the classes marked with an asterisk* are offered virtually. If you wish to join us virtually, please sign this virtual waiver and deliver it in person to the Servus Sports Centre or email it to snustad@lloydminster.ca. In the email, please include what classes you wish to attend. If you do not have a valid fitness class pass on your account then include a phone number that we can reach you at to get payment information. Purchase an unlimited fitness class pass today.

Fitness classes descriptions

Recommended age requirements for group fitness classes:

  • 12 and older for any classes with no weighted equipment
  • 16 and older for any classes with weighted equipment
 All Levels Circuit 
Who doesn’t love a good circuit!? In this class, we use a variety of equipment and body weight movements to focus on strength, cardio and core training. We will change it up with some higher and lower intensity intervals to give your heart the best fitness benefits! Suitable for all levels and ages.
Baby Boot Camp 
This exciting class is designed for moms with infants aged 6 weeks to 1 year. Baby Bootcamp is a class aimed at improving your fitness while keeping your baby close by your side. The class will be part stroller fitness and part strength training and abdominal work. This class is a great way to meet other moms and safely shed that baby weight. Please have health care provider's permission before starting. Stroller and indoor shoes required.   
Circuit Breaker
Get ready to shock your body with a fusion of strength and cardio exercises, targeting all major muscle groups. Varied degrees of intensity make this circuit training class great for all fitness levels. Reboot your body with Circuit Breaker.
 Heart & Hustle 
An all levels class that will make you sweat. This is a high intensity class, so bring your water and get ready to push your limits. You will use kettle bells, wall balls, dumbbells and more! It’s interval training, and military style conditioning at its finest.
Pure Strength
Maximize your workout in a short amount of time! Challenge you muscles with dumbbells and other forms of resistance while keeping your heart rate up. It's a fun and efficient workout for all levels!
REFIT
Powerful movements combined with positive music for a cardio based workout that is challenging, effective and fun for everybody! 
REV+FLOW
REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a dynamic workout that's easy on the joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training.
 RIP
Rip by Group Rx is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere!
 RIP  B/L/C (Back, Legs and Core)
An express version of RIP! This 30 minute class will target your Back, Legs, and Core only so be sure to hit a RIP – U/C too!
 RIP U/C (Upper body and Core)
 An express version of RIP! This 30 minute class will target your Upper body and Core only so be sure to hit a RIP - B/L/C too! 

Spin

A high intensity workout for any fitness level using a stationary bike building strength and endurance by using various resistance levels and speeds. The motivating music will power you through those intervals and hill climbing.
Spin Your Body
A workout with 25 minutes high intense cycling and 25 minutes strength portion off the bikes. Perfect combo class for any fitness level.
Spin 30
All the intensity, in less time! Spin 30 is a great way to get your workout in, and get back to juggling the rest of your to-do list! It doesn't matter if you are new to spin or cranking up the gears and the intensity, this class will be just what you need! 
SPORT 

Sport by Group Rx is designed to push training edge, fine tuning the body with an emphasis on cardio, strength, and core training in an inspiring group environment!

Restorative/Yin Yoga 

A yoga class perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. In this class we will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind.

Zumba 

Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness like a Zumba Fitness-Party!
