Nature Room

Located on the second level in the PSM Lawyers Park Centre, the Nature Room is a bright, spacious room perfect for your next meeting!

PSM Lawyers Park Centre

This three-tiered building is at the heart of Bud Miller All Seasons Park. Includes a concession area with tables and chairs, as well as washrooms on the main level. Nature Room is on the top level, complete with tables and chairs and ideal for parties and meetings. During the winter months, the PSM Lawyers Park Centre is open to the public who are skating, for changing and warming up, and in the summer it is open to visit with friends, or to just get out of the elements for awhile.

Picnic shelter and picnic areas

Located on your right-hand side as you enter Bud Miller All Seasons Park, the shelter and picnic areas are ideal for barbeques and group events, both large and small. The picnic shelter is covered and can seat up to 80 people out of the elements, with more tables and open space beyond. There is also washrooms attached, water fountain, stand-up barbeque pit and electrical outlets.

• Picnic Area #1 has an open-pit barbeque and is quite private
• Picnic Area #2 has an open-pit barbeque, a new playground area and a large open field

If you are hosting a larger event, the picnic areas can be combined to accommodate an event of 800 people or more!

Firewood is supplied and the picnic shelter washroom is available from mid-May to September long weekend. These areas may be used free of charge, providing a reservation is not scheduled.

Picnic shelter: $41.50/hour or $247 for 6 of more hours

Picnic Areas #1 or #2: $25.50/hour or $154 for 6 of more hours

Weddings

Consider Bud Miller All Seasons Park as the beautiful back-drop for your wedding! Use any lawn or treed area, or book the beautiful formal gardens.

Standard Fee of $75 for two hours.

Formal gardens, lawn area or treed area requires no additional charge.

1. Contact the appropriate booking coordinator below to request a facility.
2. Complete the Facility Use Agreement provided by the booking coordinator and pay booking or rental fees.
3. If applicable, apply for liquor permits through Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis or Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority.
4. If needed, provisions for alternate traffic routing or closing a roadway can be made by applying for a road closure permit using the Temporary Road Closure Application form.
5. If you are selling or giving away food as a food vendor at any City of Lloydminster facility, please complete a Temporary Food Vendor Application and submit it to publichealthinspection@pnrha.ca.
6. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that in the event they require the use of a tent or any structure that requires staking into the ground, they will contact Alberta One-Call or Saskatchewan 1st Call. The Licensee must complete a line locate at least seven days in advance of the event and provide to the City and proof thereof and any maps showing the lines located. The Licensee will pay all costs incurred.
