Under the direction of the Government of Saskatchewan, masks are mandatory at all times in the Servus Sports Centre, including during physical activity.

Saskatchewan Health Authority Additional Rules and Regulations for Casual Bookings |
- All individuals that enter into the facility
- must wear a mask and wear it all times.
- must practice proper hygiene. Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol), abstain from touching their face (mouth, eyes or nose), and cover their cough or sneeze with a tissue.
- are prohibited from spitting (includes seeds, tobacco and fluids) and other similar activities increase the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
- must be separated at all times by at least three (3) metres, unless they are from the same household.
- Maximum six (6) players on the player’s bench.
- Maximum in the dressing rooms; six (6) for Centennial Civic Centre and eight (8) for the Servus Sports Centre
- Users must be eighteen (18) years or younger and are not able to play sports that they cannot maintain at least three (3) metres distance, this includes the majority of game play and limits activities to drills, unless they are from the same household.
- All team/group sports, activities, games, competitions, recitals, practices, etc. are not allowed. Examples include hockey, curling, racquet sports, cheerleading, dance practices in group settings.
- Users must not exceed eight (8) players on the playing area at a time, with the addition of coaches. Goalies can be additional to the eight (8) players as long as they are only being utilized as an aid and not receiving any training.
- Users can enter the dressing rooms 30 minutes prior to their booking and must exit 30 minutes following their booking.
- Users must keep a record of attendees for a minimum of one month and must provide information on physical distancing and other requirements to attendees.
- Users must bring their own equipment, with the exception of goals. All equipment must be sanitized frequently including before and after use.
- All individuals who are sick or symptomatic must not enter the facility or participate in the game/activity. They should use the self-assessment tools for COVID-19, provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and follow the subsequent directions.

Guidelines for Servus Family Free Skate |
- Masks must be worn at all times, including during physical activity.
- Servus Family Free Skate times are available by pre-booking only. To book a time, use the Schedulicity app available on the App Store or Google Play, or call 780-875-4529.
- Each slot will be booked for 1 hour 25 minutes or 1 hours 55 minutes with 10 minutes for staff to disinfect between time slots.
- Maximum of 10 booked patrons for the Leisure Ice and an additional 10 when the full ice is available. All patrons entering the area must be booked in, including children and spectators.
- Enter through the south doors and check-in at the main information desk. Servus Family Free Skate is free of charge.
- Booked patrons can only arrive at the start of their booking time, early admittance will not be permitted.
- Please allow for 2-metre physical distancing from our staff and other patrons at all times.
- Come dressed to participate, there are no change rooms available designated bench space will be provided for patrons.
- Bring only what you need to skate, the City of Lloydminster will not be lending out equipment at this time including skate aids and loaner skates.
- Do not use the ledges to lean on or place belongings.
- Please wash your hands before arrival and utilize the hand sanitization stations provided in the facility often.
- Washrooms will be available for booked patrons use only. No water fountains will be available in the facility.
- Patrons have 10 minutes to exit the facility following their booking.
- If you feel unwell, please stay home. Our staff can assist with cancelling your bookings via phone at 780-875-4529.

Guidelines for Childminding |
- Parents must book their children ahead of time to utilize childminding by calling 780-875-4529, using the Schedulicity App, or by visiting lloydminster.ca/fitness. Please remember to book your children each a spot and book yourself into your activity (no need if using the track only).
- Only children over 1 year can be accommodated at this time, as our staff will be maintaining distance.
- Check-in at the Main Desk before proceeding to the childminding area.
- Bring as little as possible. No toys from home area allowed.
- If anyone in the family is feeling unwell, please cancel your spot by calling the facility at 780-875-4529.
- Childminding is open from 9:15 a.m to 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. Only 6 children will be accepted per day.
- Masks are mandatory
- Children ages 0-2 years are exempt from wearing masks.
- Children ages 3-12 must wear a mask if they are able.
- Children are exempt from mask wearing while sleeping and eating.
- Parents must remain in the building while children are at Childminding.

Please visit lloydminster.ca/fitness to book a time slot in the Fitness Centre, Child-Minding, or the Agland Fitness Track using Schedulicity.
To ensure we provide a safe and fun environment for children, spots are available on a first come, first serve basis, or by registering over the phone. Parents/guardians are required to stay onsite and provide their location while using childminding services.

With upbeat music playing and over 2600 spacious square feet of exercise equipment, you are sure to find equipment to suit your needs. The Servus Sports Centre also boasts highly trained Fitness Staff and Personal Fitness Programmers available to help boost your fitness level to new heights.
We understand that being new to a gym can sometimes be intimidating, which is why we provide FREE fitness orientations. Our fitness orientations will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to utilize the fitness centre to its fullest potential. Fitness orientations are free with admission. Orientations are approximately 45 minutes in duration; Servus Sports Centre provides the following orientations:
