CRA Supports
Free | No Appointment Required | City Hall | June 23 | 9 am to 12 pm
In partnership with FCSS Lloydminster the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is hosting free, in-person, drop-in sessions at City Hall on June 23 between 9 am and 12 pm with a CRA Outreach Officer.
CRA representative can support with:
- Printing your Notice of Assessment (NOA), proof of income or income slips
- Updating personal information (address, phone number etc.)
- Updating direct deposit information
- Assisting with benefits and credits (GST, Child-Benefit, Disability etc.)
- Answering questions relating to your personal tax returns
- Assisting with CRA letters
- Finding uncashed cheques
Farm and business-related questions are not permitted. Valid government photo ID and Social Insurance Number or ability to pass verification is required for CRA support.
Members of the Social Programs and Services will have local resources and support guides available for attendees.
