City of Lloydminster Planning Services regulates all development within the city with the intention of enhancing the connection between people and their environment, shaping the way we experience our communities by giving each area an intended purpose.
The Planning Services Team is made up of Development Officers, Planners, and a Development Coordinator. They write planning bylaws and policies, process development applications, and create plans that guide the development of land in Lloydminster.
Off-Site Levy Stakeholder Engagement Session
An off-site levy is a fee collected as a condition of development or subdivision in designated growth areas. These funds help support the infrastructure projects needed to accommodate future growth in Lloydminster.
The City of Lloydminster is seeking input from local developers on proposed amendments to Off-Site Levy Bylaw No. 25-2021.
Developers and interested stakeholders are invited to attend a stakeholder session on March 18 from 3 to 4 p.m., offered both in-person and virtually.
