Application withdrawn prior to SDAB hearing

Lloydminster, AB/SK - The applicant for the Subdivision Development Appeal Board (SDAB) hearing, scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, has withdrawn their application. Regardless of the application withdrawal, legislative process requires the SDAB convene.

Background

An application was received on September 9, 2024, for an additional Community Support Centre to be located at 4702 – 50 Street; Lloydminster SK. Adjacent landowners within a one-hundred and fifty (150) metre radius of the property were sent a referral letter notifying them of the application under consideration dated September 10, 2024, and an advertisement was put in the local paper on September 12, 2024. The application and attachments were placed on the city website for information.
