City Manager’s Office

  1. Council approved the amended 2024 Committee appointments listing as presented.

Office of the City Clerk

  1. Council approved the Council Professional Development Policy (Policy No. 110-05) as presented.
  2. Council approved the Council Remuneration Policy (Policy No. 120-03) as presented.

Chief Financial Officer

  1. Council approved the City of Lloydminster’s audited consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023, as presented.

Operations

  1. Council approved the application for a retail store located at 4215 70 Avenue, legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 992-3100, in the Direct Control District 3, subject to the conditions as per Schedule A on page 89 of the Council agenda dated April 29, 2024. Additionally, Council delegated the Development Officer to review and approve any sign permit connected to this application that complies with Land Use Bylaw 5-2016 requirements.
  2. Council approved Administration to commit an additional $149,800 from the Environmental Services Capital Reserve (Account No.: 1-400-410-35140) to capital budget project No. 2143004 in order to proceed with the procurement award for the Integrated Waste Management Facility Master Plan Capital Project No. 2143004.
