City Manager’s Office
- Administration presented a petition regarding Borrowing Bylaw 3-2024 for the purposes of a new Lloydminster Golf & Curling Centre Maintenance Shop that was received by the City of Lloydminster. Council accepted the report on the petition as information.
Office of the City Clerk
- Council approved entering into the Regional Emergency Management Collective Agreement as presented.
Chief Financial Officer
- Council approved Policy No. 134-16 – Purchasing Card Policy as presented. Additionally, Council repealed Policy No. 023-2017 – Purchasing Card Policy.
Operations
- Administration presented an update regarding the Land Use Bylaw. Council accepted the report as information.
- Council awarded the contract for the Dozer Purchase to Brandt Tractor of Saskatoon, Sask., in the amount of $709,000, excluding GST, to be allocated from the 2024 Capital Budget Project No.: 2443001.
