Wheels at Work returns to Bud Miller All Seasons Park on August 18
Lloydminster, AB/SK – Residents of all ages are invited to climb aboard, ask questions, and explore the equipment that keeps Lloydminster moving during Wheels at Work on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bud Miller All Seasons Park.
This free community event offers a behind-the-scenes look at the vehicles, equipment, and people that help deliver essential municipal services every day. From maintaining roads and underground infrastructure to supporting emergency response, recreation, and parks, Wheels at Work highlights the variety of efforts that go into maintaining City assets, delivering essential services, and protecting the community's investment through preventative maintenance and responsible asset management. Residents can also enjoy a complimentary barbecue provided by GFL, while supplies last.
Residents will have the opportunity to get up close to a variety of municipal vehicles and equipment, including:
