UPDATE (May 31, 2024): In the early morning of May 31, 2024, the victim of the aggravated assault, 19-year-old Nicolas Scott, succumbed to his injuries. An autopsy is scheduled this morning at City Hospital in Saskatoon. Following the results of the autopsy, additional charges are likely to be laid.
The thoughts of the Alberta RCMP are with the family and friends of Nicolas in this difficult time.
