Lloydminster, AB/SK – With recent warmer weather and fluctuating temperatures, the City of Lloydminster is reminding residents to stay off of stormwater retention ponds.

Lloydminster, AB/SK – The City of Lloydminster will begin a city-wide residential snow removal campaign on Monday, January 12, 2026. Crews section their work using the curbside collection zoning map, and will start in the orange and pink zones then proceed to green, blue, and yellow zones.

These funds will assist in delivering safe, warm, and accessible supports to residents experiencing homelessness during the winter months.

Lloydminster, AB/SK –  Annual Lloydminster business licences are due for renewal, with payment required by January 1, 2026. Current licences expire on December 31, 2025, unless otherwise stated on the certificate, and will automatically renew once payment is received.
