    Lloydminster, AB/SK—The City of Lloydminster, in partnership with ATCO, the Lloydminster Construction Association (LCA), and the Lakeland Regional Safety Committee (LRSC), will hold a ceremony on April 28 to observe National Day of Mourning. The event will take place at the City Hall parking lot, beginning at 
    9:30 a.m., to honour those who have lost their lives or have been injured in the workplace.
