City Council approves Cenovus Energy Hub lease agreements

Lloydminster, AB/SK— Lloydminster City Council has approved five-year lease agreements with four of the community’s hockey organizations for dedicated space at Cenovus Energy Hub.

The agreements, which run from 2025 to 2030, include the Lloydminster Junior “A” Bobcats, Lloydminster Junior “B” Bandits, Lakeland College Rustlers, and the Lloydminster Minor Hockey Association. 

These agreements outline the terms under which each organization will lease private dressing room space at the facility and access to shared amenities. They also include terms for facility use, advertising space, and rental rates.
